The aim of this consultancy assignment is to provide strategic advisory and support to the World Bank team and MWRI on issues related to water resources and sediment management as part of the implementation of the Regional Climate Resilience Program (RCRP).
Actual services provided by our staff within the assignment:
Activities include providing advice to the World Bank and MWRI on additional hydromet data sources and their digitization, as well as project-level support to conduct a high-level sediment management assessment for South Sudan and synthesize findings in a sediment management roadmap, as well as to advise World Bank and MWRI teams on specific sediment management strategies to adopt when tendering and implementing feasibility studies for flood control and water storage infrastructure in the project target areas.
