SR-IUWASH Impact Evaluation: Hydrological Study Peer review

Peer review of the hydrological component (hydrological data collection and modelling) of a USAID project evaluation. The evaluation is examining the Sumur Resapan (SR) sub-activity of the USAID Indonesia Urban Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (SR-IUWASH) project. Sumur Resapans are infiltration ponds or wells specifically designed to channel storm water through permeable soils into the groundwater aquifer, and are medium-sized civil works. The findings and recommendations from the peer review will be used by USAID and the E3 Analytics and Evaluation Project to inform imminent decisions regarding the validity of comparison group springs chosen for the impact evaluation design as well as the appropriateness and value of the hydrological modelling study, for either the impact evaluation or other defined purposes.
